Межрыночная торговая система (США): видео-компьютерная система, соединяющая дилеров основных фондовых бирж США (Нью-Йоркской, "АМЕКС", Бостонской, Тихоокеанской, Среднего Запада, Филадельфийской), торгующих одинаковыми акциями; создана в 1980 г.; система сообщает о твердых котировках по сделкам минимум в 100 акций; дилер может направить приказ на биржу, где цены выгоднее (сама сделка заключается по телексу или телефону); сделка, принятая к исполнению брокером другой биржи, называется "электронным рукопожатием";
